i reserve the right to decline any commissions if the request makes me uncomfortable.

please be sure to send me clear references of your request so that i can properly meet your expectations.

please credit me if you post my artwork, whether it's commissioned or not. pinging me anywhere is absolutely okay! if you can't find me, then just credit my Instagram!

unlimited free changes can be made during the sketching phase, but after the sketch is finalized you can only make a total of 3 free changes, after that they will be charged depending on the size of the request.

at least half of the payment is required after the first sketch, although full payment before is accepted and up to the customers discretion

if the commission is canceled at any point then there will be a partial to full percentage refund depending on what stage the commission was at

if I’m ever unable to complete a commission, a FULL refund will be issued

designs/adopts-
taking inspiration from my characters, designs, or colors is fine, but exact copies are not allowed.

after the purchase is made, you will receive one full quality image through email or discord. if requested, i can also send a transparent image.

purchase is final after payment.

i do not offer holds unless a down-payment is made. once this down-payment is made, i will give you a 2-week time span to pay the remaining amount.

no refunds on adopts!

ownership/selling

do not re-sell my designs for more than you paid, unless it has added artwork from other artists or creators. you may resell with your own art added, but a max of 10 images you've drawn for your character may be tendered to the final price, if you wish to sell your character (common sense, don't abuse this).

please do not claim anything you purchase from me as your own art, credit where credit is due.

if you receive a free adopt or an adopt traded for art, you may not sell it for currency, although, trading is allowed.you may

repost the commission, just be sure to tag me or credit my instagram.

make minor edits like filters or text, etc, as long as it doesn't remove my water mark

print out for personal use

use as a profile picture/banner, etc.

request a timelapse (please ask beforehand)

request something experimental that isn't listed here (sketches/sketch sheets, human art, feral art besides feline/canine, etc)you may not

use my artwork for AI in any way

remove my watermark

claim my art is yours or trace over it

use my adopts/designs for commercial use to be mass produced and sold (although i am open to this as a commission ONLY)
